What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
Your account pauses, read-only. Your voice profile, drafts, and queue are preserved for 90 days. You can pick a plan and pick up exactly where you left off — or do nothing, and your data is deleted at day 90 with a clear warning email at day 75.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The trial is free, full Studio feature surface, with Solo-tier usage caps. You only enter card details if you decide to keep going.
What plan does my trial convert to?
Whatever you pick at the end. We don't auto-charge. The trial is a no-card trial — when day 14 ends, you choose Solo, Studio, Executive, or pause. The default is pause.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. The Customer Portal handles the math.
What does "fair use" mean on Executive?
Executive shows "Unlimited" because that's how it feels to use. Behind the scenes we watch for runaway usage (typically 5× the median paying customer). If you approach that we reach out — we've never rate-limited a customer without first having a conversation.
How do annual vs monthly compare?
Annual is +20% cheaper. Solo: $948/year ($79/mo effective) vs $99/mo monthly. Studio: $1,908/year ($159/mo) vs $199/mo. Executive: $3,828/year ($319/mo) vs $399/mo. Annual billing locks the price for the year.
Are there any other fees? Setup, onboarding, integration?
No. The plan price is the price. Voice tuning, Chrome extension, voice check-ins, calendar invites, and Customer Portal are all included.
How do I cancel?
From the Customer Portal. One click, eight cancellation reasons collected for analytics, immediate confirmation. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, students, or open-source maintainers?
