- Executive shows “Unlimited” AI drafts and comment drafts because that's how it feels to use. Behind the scenes, we monitor for runaway usage (typically 5x the median paying customer). If you approach that, we reach out — we've never rate-limited a customer without first having a conversation.
- Can I switch tiers?
- Yes, anytime, from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
- What happens if my trial ends without a card on file?
- Your account pauses (read-only) and your data is preserved for 90 days. You can reactivate anytime within that window and pick up exactly where you left off — same voice profile, same drafts.
