Privacy Policy

Account info: your email address (for sign-in), full name, role, and the LinkedIn profile URL you connect to Typelab.

Voice samples: writing samples you paste into Typelab (Slack messages, email drafts, posts), and transcripts from optional voice interviews you record. These are used solely to train your voice profile and never shared with other users.

Posts and comments: the LinkedIn drafts and comment drafts you create or approve in Typelab, including their final published state.

Billing info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full payment card number.

Usage telemetry: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) for security and debugging. We don't use third-party analytics on the marketing site beyond what Vercel collects by default.

To run the product: voice samples train your AI; account info gates access to your data; LinkedIn URL routes our backend to your profile.

To improve the product: aggregate, anonymized usage patterns help us decide which features to build. We never train AI models on your data for the benefit of other customers.

To communicate: transactional emails (welcome, trial reminders, billing receipts), and occasionally product updates. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time. Transactional emails can't be turned off because they're tied to your account state.

Customer data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Voice transcription and AI generation happens via Anthropic and ElevenLabs APIs. Email is sent via Resend. Payments via Stripe. Each provider has its own privacy policy that applies to data we share with them for the purpose of running the service.

Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the database level via Postgres Row-Level Security plus app-layer membership checks. Your data is never visible to other Typelab customers.

When you publish a post via Typelab, our private engagement network is activated. We don't disclose the network composition for participant privacy. We don't share your post content outside what's required to operate the network. We don't use your account in ways that violate LinkedIn's user agreement.

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is propagated to all our processors within 30 days. Anonymized aggregated metrics may persist for product analytics.
