Terms of Service

By creating a Typelab account, you agree to these terms. If you're using Typelab on behalf of a company or organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have the authority to do so. Typelab is operated by Seller Interactive (Nicasio Co III).

Typelab is a software service that helps you draft, schedule, and amplify LinkedIn posts. Features include voice cloning, AI post drafting, AI comment drafts, and the Boost engagement network.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes that reduce paid functionality, we'll notify affected customers in advance.

You own everything you create in Typelab — voice samples, drafts, published posts. We have a limited license to host, process, and display your content for the purpose of running the service.

You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload (e.g., not pasting your employer's confidential email content if that violates an NDA).

You agree not to use Typelab to:

• Generate or publish content that's illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or sexually explicit
• Impersonate another person or company on LinkedIn
• Spam, scrape, or otherwise abuse LinkedIn in ways that violate LinkedIn's terms of service
• Reverse-engineer the service or our AI models
• Resell access to Typelab without an Agency-tier agreement

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. We'll communicate the reason and give you a chance to correct the issue when feasible.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual plans are non-refundable except as required by law, but you can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period.

We offer a 14-day free trial without credit card. If you don't add a payment method by the end of the trial, your account pauses (read-only) and your data is preserved for 90 days.

Failed payments enter a retry sequence. After 14 days of unsuccessful retries, your account moves to canceled status and the 90-day data preservation window starts.

Executive and Agency tiers display certain features as “Unlimited.” This is subject to reasonable-use guidelines, defined as approximately 5x the median usage of paying customers on that tier.

If your usage approaches the threshold, we'll reach out 7 days in advance with a courtesy notification. We've never rate-limited a customer without first having a conversation about their use case.

Boost is a curated network of professional LinkedIn accounts that engages with content published through Typelab. We don't disclose the network composition for participant privacy. We don't guarantee specific engagement counts or outcomes — typical ranges are stated on the pricing page but are not contractual.

Boost engagement is real, organic engagement from real accounts. If LinkedIn ever takes action against your account claiming our service caused it, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you to investigate and resolve.

Typelab is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or specific to your needs. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typelab's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can cancel your account anytime from billing settings. We can terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with as much notice as practical given the circumstances.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

We may update these terms. Material changes will trigger an email notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
